Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} x546? Hd{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}/SB{Mr Bull/Mr Bannister}21/HR.12.9.35. re CHASSIS NO. GPG-15. D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} Val Reid, Esq. ------------------- Memorandum No. 10912. This Owner, who is an invalid, complains of uncomfortable riding in the rear of this car. He says that he infinitely prefers to ride in their little B.S.A. as he gets less bumping about. The car is fitted with low rated springs and we presume that the shock dampers are working normally. As the Owner lives in Surrey we cannot very well ask him to bring the car to Derby. We think this is a case similar to those reported to you in our Hd{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}/SB{Mr Bull/Mr Bannister}11/HR.11.9.35. As whatever we do will have to be a departure from standard, it seems to us that the best course will be to arrange for someone to go to Cricklewood to supervise any alterations necessary. Will you please say whether you can send someone down,or, failing this, let us know what you suggest we should do. [Handwritten text] Hd{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}/SB{Mr Bull/Mr Bannister} Les - See Bull.
