"Ps" to [REDACTED] Copy to "H s" XT-HO Ps16/IL.16.5.28 (Confidential) re: D.TC - Prince Ibrahim I have perused your Whr{Mr Wheeler}/Ro{C. C. Rose - Export Manager}26/WP.14.5.28. The Prince is charmed with the car's reliability, but he is far from happy with the car's performance at high speeds. During the conversation with "Gy", I was present and he told us that he found it difficult to handle or hold on the road at speeds over 100 kms per hour. Furthermore he disliked our system of springing for high speeds, which he thought decidedly dangerous. He said he had heard you were bringing out a speed model and hoped that the steering would be definitely improved, and an entirely different system of springing. In our own interests, I think we ought to know the adverse criticisms of our Customers, we ought not to gloat over them, it it true, but we should look at them squarely and take note. Do not you agree? No answer needed. "Ps". | ||
