IMPROVED MODIFICATIONS ON 20 h.p.
-------

It is very necessary that the same secrecy should be maintained in connection with any improved alterations to the 20 h.p., such as front wheel brakes, four speed gearbox and right-hand change, as is being maintained in connection with the E.A.C.

I enclose copy of memo. which was addressed by me to all concerned in February 1923 (ref. CJ4/E/9/2/23) and copy of CJ6/E17/11/24, so that all Officials may act in a similar way in regard to the 20 h.p. modifications.
