Capt. S.B. Wilks,
Managing Director,
The Rover Company Ltd.,
COVENTRY.

Dear Wilks,

Replying to your letter of July 8th, the triangular arm has been quite successful, but the lubrication of the bearing at the bottom is not altogether simple. If this is not lubricated properly it tends to rattle. However, I think the scheme we are at present using is quite satisfactory. I know of no reason why we should not licence you, but am handing your letter on to the Department who deal with our patents.

With regard to your query re aircraft work, I have passed your letter on to our Works Director.

Yours sincerely,
