should have some of the friction under control and adjustable.
this because the varying conditions for which we have to
spring in Australia cover a much wider range than is found
in this country or perhaps even in Europe.

It must be remembered that our best conditions
approximate to yours, whereas our worst conditions are
infinitely worse.
