The race Stewards will adjudicate in any objection which may be lodged in connection with the race.

Under the conditions provided for in art. 55 of the International Sports Code and in article 35 of the present regulations, in case of imperative reasons or for the sake of safety, the Le Mans 24 Hours Race (16th. Reliability Grand Prix) may be postponed or suppressed.

The entrance fees would be refunded in case of suppression in accordance with art. 35 hereinabove mentioned.

COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE RACE STEWARDS

Art. 58. - Competitors who might have communications to make to the race Stewards or objections to hand in should do so in writing :

1. - Tuesday 13th. and Wednesday 14th. June, during the weighing in and checking hours, on the spot and during the checking at the Halle aux Toiles, and on Wednesday 14th. June up till 7 p.m.

2. - From Saturday 17th. June at 2 p.m. on the day of the start of the race to Sunday 18th. June, at 4.30 p.m., at the race Stewards'Office on the Circuit opposite the stands.

It should be recalled that any objection, in order to be entertained, must be made within the regulation periods as provided in article 53 hereinabove.

TRIALS BEFORE THE RACE

Art. 59. - Competitors will be allowed to carry out tests of the vehicles entered, on the Sarthe permanent Circuit, on the dates and at the times indicated below :

Night of the 15th. June ) From 1 a.m.
Night of the 16th. June ) to 6 a.m.
Night of the 17th. June )

Just as they assume no responsibility for accidents which might occur during the race, the organisers do not assume any responsibility either for the accidents which might occur during the trials.
