15th June, 1934.

E.R. Hall, Esq.,
53, Berkeley Court,
LONDON, N.W.1.

Dear Hall,

We discussed your car with the Managing Director yesterday.

He pointed out the original arrangement was that we should lend you an engine. He said that he was not prepared to supply the larger petrol tank, the fitting of the Hartfords or the screen for the radiator free of charge, and asked me to enquire whether you would like an estimate for the work, if so we will submit one immediately so that we can proceed with the job.

With regard to the other points which have been discussed between us, I think that everything is going on very well and we shall have the practise unit ready for test to-morrow.

We will talk over the brakes when next you come to Derby, I think that we can improve the "fading".

With kind regards,

Yours sincerely,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
