ROW 2: TROUBLES: Steering heavy and bad for road shocks. Mileage: CAUSE OR REMEDY: Pivots not getting sufficient lubrication (re-designed) Later type side steering tube springs improved shocks. ROW 3: TROUBLES: Brakes very consistent - require excessive pressure. P.W.B's jugger - brake application affects steering. Mileage: CAUSE OR REMEDY: Braking system discarded. ROW 4: TROUBLES: Exhaust manifold cracked. Exhaust down pipe fouled by dynamo coupling. Exhaust throttle sticks. Mileage: 3991 CAUSE OR REMEDY: Exhaust system re-designed to overcome these troubles.
