For the attention of Mr. Bayles.

Dear Sirs,

We are still experiencing serious trouble with high tension cables on our P.3. chassis, and are sending you herewith another sample which broke down after being in service only 700 miles. We understand that our Repair Department has had about 12 failures since your new cable was introduced.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
