re Failure of Helsby Cables.

We are sending you herewith a further defective piece of Helsby H.T. wire.

This was taken from chassis 121-RY, and had been in service for only 700 miles. It is actually the coil feed wire.

Apart from the three samples we have sent to you, we have had several other failures, and shall be glad to know if anything is being done in the matter to prevent these failures occurring.
