2nd. April, 1940.

We would be glad, therefore, if you would make an overlay on the B.V. body full size drawing and let us know when it is ready for our inspection.

We would like you to investigate the alternative methods of hinging the lid{A. J. Lidsey} of the spare wheel locker. The cheaper and simpler scheme would appear to be the one where when it is out of position it rests on the bumper.

The wheels we shall use on this car are 16 x 4 fitted with 6" tyres and we enclose herewith a section of the wheel to enable you to make your full size drawing.

Yours faithfully,

Chassis Project Office.
