Sticking issue with the Bijur starter drive pinion and proposing a clearance fix.

trying a set of ground hardened gears, if they are to be straight bevels they should all be hardened.
We have had trouble on 7 G II with the Bijur starter drive sticking, it was due to the pinion seizing slightly on the shaft. It is a similar fault to that we have experienced on the Standard Bendix.
To overcome it we suggest the pinion should be bushed & should have at least .002" clearance on the shaft. We expect to leave here on Friday or Saturday 20 or 21st.
