Dear Sirs,

The writer would like to come over and see you, to discuss the manufacture of and relative merits of the Scott tube and other forms of back axle construction.

Wednesday or Thursday of next week would be most convenient; if this is suitable to you, the writer would be over at about 10.30 a.m.
