SCHEME No.II. DRAWING OFFICE. In this scheme the Drawing Office would be as Scheme No.I. PURCHASING DEPARTMENT. Under this scheme this department would only be concerned with the purchase of panel pressings. PROCEDURE. The necessary preliminary drawings, particulars, and specifications, as set out in Scheme No.I would be issued to the bodybuilders who would make up sample bodies to your instructions and submit to you for approval, after which the necessary particulars would be supplied by you to the panel manufacturers, close contact being maintained between you and the bodybuilders during the production of samples. REMARKS. This scheme would require less room and less employees, but you would be more in the hands of the bodybuilders, and also there would be greater difficulties should modification be necessary as the jobs are being developed. | ||
