PROPELLOR SHAFT CENTRE BEARING.

We have decided to do a rig test with the remaining New Departure bearing. For this purpose will you please give this bearing to W.Bell, and also one of the R.R. units so that he can run them in series on a shaft under no load and see which has the longest grease retaining life.

We should like the test done as near as possible to 4,000 r.p.m.
