PROPELLOR SHAFT CENTRE BEARING.

In view of the failure of this unit on 9.B. we have decided to try a New Departure Seal Bearing to overcome the trouble. We hand you herewith three of these bearings and By/CRL.{C. R. Lisson} is sending you GL.{G. Linnett}892 showing how they are adapted.

Will you please fit this scheme to 3.B.50 and 2.B.50 when these cars are next in the Fitting Shop. We have obtained a total of three bearings, and will decide on what car to fit the third at a later date.
