Messrs.Joseph Lucas, Ltd.,
King Street,
Birmingham, 19.

For the attention of Mr.R.N.Neill.

Dear Sir,

We have now examined the strengthened P.100 headlamp dipper bracket sent to us and consider the modification to be quite effective.

Will you therefore please arrange to incorporate this modification on all P.100 headlamps delivered to us for Bentley and Rolls-Royce chassis forthwith. We would like the two P.100 headlamps which you are returning to us to incorporate this strengthened bracket for trial on our Bump chassis.

With regard to your letter of the 21st instant in which you refer to the 20/25HP. lamps sent to you for modification, we agree that the fitting of the sports glass should meet the case.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
