This car has to be handed over to Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} with the minimum of delay and it is extremely important that we should finish off the tests which we are carrying out in an endeavour to stop water loss on the road. Will you therefore please arrange to remove the radiator from the car while it is in the garage (during the night if possible) and fit a baffle scheme sketch of which Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. will supply) to the top tank with the minimum of delay.
