Cox - Advertising Manager} 81761. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}3/KT.10.6.31. We have not made any comparative tests on the track comparing disc wheels with wire wheels for maximum speeds. In view of the fact, however, that the majority of racing cars do not use discs, we cannot believe these fittings influence high speeds to any great extent.
