Primary
Resistance (18°C) = 2.35 ohms.
Impedance (50~) = 3.76 ohms
Inductance = .0092 henries
Secondary
Resistance (18°C) = 5285 ohms
Impedance (50~) = 12280 ohms
Inductance = 35.0 henries.
The inductance figures for this coil approximate those for the old standard coil.
Further tests of current consumption and sparking capabilities will be carried out when a convenient opportunity occurs to use the rig.
