Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Fowler Clark.
- FERRANTI DASHBOARD AMMETERS -

We have your letter of the 18th inst., and can only confirm that very careful tests we have taken several times over up to the present have failed to reveal any tendency to sticktion, but we are having the instrument retested in line with the Specification of Production Inspection & Test enclosed with your letter and will let you have a further report when this has been done.

After this test has been carried out we propose to unseal the instrument and give it a very thorough further examination to see if there are any traces of foreign matter which may have got in the gap of the instrument and since fallen away; after this the instrument will be returned to you for retest and should you then not be satisfied with it our Mr. Baggs will be pleased to come over to Derby again and witness the tests for sticktion being carried out.

Yours faithfully,
FERRANTI LIMITED.
