| X.601. EH2/LG30718. 30th. July 1918. The Lodge Sparking Plug Co. Ltd., Rugby. Dear Sirs, For the attention of Mr. Lodge. With reference to the special KR4 sparking plugs, these have now run for 80 hours. We have had no trouble with them; they are still running on an engine. We should like to know when we might expect the other 2 doz. plugs of this type ? as soon as we have these, we will let you have the KR4 plugs we have been running so that you can inspect them if you wish. The KR4 promises to be the most suitable plug for our engines and that with those we shall be able to run our bench tests. As you are aware, at present we have to use another make of plug on the bench. Yours faithfully, | ||
