Dear Sirs,

Refering to the writer's Conversation of yesterday with your Mr. Gaye we shall be glad if you will explain exactly where your trouble lies with regard to Hexagon on the Flexible Grease Gun fouling when screwed on to the nipple.

Both these hexagons are necessary for the assembly of the job, but if we know where your difficulty lies it may be possible to modify the job to suit.
