RE. 20 H.P. CHASSIS PISTONS AND TAPER GRINDING.
We shall be pleased if you will report on the cylinder and pistons which Mr. Ellison has sent you, as early as possible. These have been ground taper and left larger diameter on the skirt.
EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} reports that pistons he has received of a similar nature are giving better results on test, and if this taper grinding is successful, it will save a large amount of time in the Works.
