contd:- -2- appears to stay 'put' by what would appear to be piston distorsion during test and I shall be glad if you can consider instructing for this method of procedure to be standardised. I am sure in doing this, we shall reduce a considerable amount of expense, not only in our method of production and passing through its routine of test, but also in avoiding expense in dealing with failures in service and customers complaints which Springfield claim to have achieved with the one inch longer piston. I do xxxxxxxx not consider such is due to the different pistons but method of production. | ||
