Phantom III Steering.

In our memo: Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/FJH.{Fred J. Hardy - Chief Dev. Engineer}1/KW.10.10.35, we asked you to arrange for all future steering cams to have 0.002" crowning. The tests of 31-EX in France do not confirm the improvement noticed in England. We therefore wish to revert to 0.005" crowning, and this was agreed to by Commander Matravers of the Adamant Engineering Co. when he visited us yesterday. Will you please alter the specification accordingly.
