Dear Hall, With reference to the T.T. Regulations which I sent you yesterday, I recommend you should add at the bottom - "If it is found impracticable to alter the regulations concerning the type of car which may be entered for the race, then we should prefer that the modifications to the specifications permitted should remain as last year".
