x 9620 C. EFC. X.9620 - STARTER MOTOR FIELD WINDING - E.A.C.1. We send you herewith 1 Blueprint of each of the following details:- D.70302 - Rivet for Field Connections. D.70304 - Winding Diagram. D.70326 - Magnet Case. D.70327 - Pole for S.S Motor. D.70328 - Terminal (Main). D.70329 - Terminal Stud. D.70330 - Washer for Terminal. D.70331 - Insulating Washer. D.70332 - Locating Peg. D.70333 - Insulated Terminal Screw. D.70334 - Insert for Terminal Screw. D.70335 - Cable Eye. D.70336 - Insulating Washer. D.70337 - Distance Washer. D.70338 - Securing Stud (Long). D.70339 - Securing Stud (Short). D.70340 - Wire for Field Winding. D.70341 - Field Winding Arrgt: & L.O.P. D.70348 - Terminal to Coil Connection. D.70349 - Terminal to Coil Connection. We would draw your attention to the Magnet Case. We have no hole therein to receive the locating Peg D.70332 as we do not know exactly how the Motor will be suspended. We would also like EFC. to note that the pole pieces are Cast Iron and if he thinks we should try laminated ones too we will issue drawings if he will inform us of his requirements. Attached to RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}'s copy is a sample of Silk Tubular Sleeving suitable for use on the Field Wire. This is identical with that used on the Armature. BY/RD. | ||
