Dear Sirs, Referring to the visit of the writer to your Works on Friday last the 20th. inst., would confirm you having handed to us for repair and modification one 10" and one 11" clutch cover assemblies, and one 10" driven plate to be re-faced. The 10" material we are endeavouring to place in your hands by midday to-morrow as promised, and the 11" cover assembly will follow on as soon as possible. We have not yet received your covering order for this work, but would like to re-assure you that every endeavour is being made to carry out the necessary work as soon as possible. We understand that we shall be hearing from you in due course regarding the No.4. 13½" Driven Plates, in which you are desirous that same be converted to horse-shoe slots and fitted with moulded material. The remaining points covering the 10" and 11" clutches which were discussed with you and other representatives, are being referred to in a separate letter to Mr. Robotham.
