From the above you will appreciate that we are withholding further deliveries of clutches until we have received your comments in connection with the two 11" clutches mentioned above. Furthermore, in view of the special attention and finish which you are now calling for, and which has never previously been raised during many discussions - we are communicating with your Purchasing Department with a view to ascertaining whether they would be agreeable to review the whole matter in a sympathetic light and meet us on the additional costs and inspection,etc. required.
