RECEIVED

Dear Sirs,

We are obliged by your letter EFC/T.8917, and beg to say that we have taken reliable and accurate diagrams about 5" long x 3" high at speeds in excess of 2000 r.p.m. and having a maximum pressure of 300 lbs per square inch.

The apparatus will stand pressure up to about 400 lbs but with our own engine here we cannot obtain such exceptionally high explosive values.

A couple of prints are enclosed taken at speeds about 2300 r.p.m..

We expect to have an Indicator ready for further test next week, and shall be glad of a few days notice if you wish to see it.

Yours faithfully,

G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} Cussons, Ltd.,
Geo. W. Cussons

Handwritten note in circle: E.F.C.

AWARDED GOLD MEDALS, and GRAND PRIX for TECHNICAL APPARATUS for SCHOOLS and COLLEGES.
