Please fit to Bumper & 35EX.

3 1/2" Deep Front Bumper - Phantom III.

We are sending to you a sample of the new bumper which has been approved by Sales for Phantom III.

This has been tried up on several chassis to ascertain that the starting handle can be introduced and worked satisfactorily.

As this is a new feature we suggest that it should be tested on the next 10,000 miles car 35-Ex, and we would be glad if you would arrange to have it fitted.

The bumper has been sent to the Expl. Garage.
