ORIGINAL TO HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} FROM DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} c.c. to BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} c.c. to S. RE. 20.HP. HEAD LAMPS. X4090 The question of larger lamps for the 20.HP. car is now extremely urgent, and we can do nothing until we have shewn Mr. Royce a car fitted with the new R.B.60. type Lucas lamp, and also the type R.B.70. as now fitted to the 40/50. Should these lamps not give us satisfaction we can obtain from Messrs C.A.V. a lamp of similar dimensions, and having a similar support, in fact they are very anxious to do some business with us, and will make us any lamp we like, with any fixing we might require. Could you kindly wire us a date when we may expect the car down here? DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} Fitted on 6 G II | ||
