EFC8/T141118. -2- Contd. ----------- battery for its weight. Regarding lamps for lighting installation at W.W. we think thatthe first lamp delivered must be an exception through having a faulty vacuum. This matter has been taken up with the C.A.V. firm who supplied these lamps, but the sa answer is not yet to hand. We think you may find all the three others sent to be O.K. Regarding 12 volt non-trembler ignition for the car This can be arranged in the most economical way by fixing, first of all, upon a speed of operation which is to represent the average, and then arranging our constants of the circuit so that when the engine runs up to 2000 r.p.m. the ignition is still sufficiently powerful to remain in satisfactory operation.
