The discolouration and deterioration of A.T. Speedometer dial plates after 6 months of use.

We notice that the dial plate on the A.T. Speedometers which have been in use for 6 months, is getting discoloured. The silvered letters are becoming discoloured and we think that if the deterioration goes on at the present rate, the dials will be unreadable in a year or so.
