Wd{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead}'s report of progress of obtaining quotations for material. 3. Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}'s report on when different kinds of material must be ordered for next 500 chassis. 4. BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} and Ds. Report of progress of drawings received and to be received, for "Kite", to enable Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} to start delivering chassis by the 1st August 1921. 5. Consideration of third line of manufacture. 6. Expediting rendering of repair accounts. 7. Reduction of establishment charges, and suggestions. 8. Organisation concerning repairs and estimates for repairs. (BJ10/Hll.12.20.) 9. To decide whether arrangements are sufficiently advanced in regard to the supply of tyres and the suitability of straight-sided rims, for Sales Dept. to offer these as an alternative standard, and more particularly as an alternative to Warland rims.
