Rear Shock Absorbers for Lord Rocksavage's Car. ------------------------------------------ We give below copy of memo received from Sales Dept, re question and charge for fitting new shock absorbers to Lord Rocksavage's car. In our opinion it is an open question as to who should pay for this job. We should like to have your opinion before finally putting the matter through to Sales Dept, which we propose to do unless it is generally agreed that this should be charged to R.D.B. "CH has ruled that no charge is to be made against Lord Rocksavage in connection with the fitting of the new type rear shock absorbers. It is presumed that as the fitting of these absorbers was necessitated owing to the customer's complaint concerning the springing the cost of the work should be charged to R.D.D Account. Please let us know that you agree" EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} | ||
