Re Instruction Book. (2).

Working Rules.

Keep the electrolyte at the proper Sp.{Mr Spinney}g and the proper height (½") above the top of the plates.

Add distilled water, not diluted acid, to compensate for evaporation. To compensate for losses due to spilling or due to the Sp.{Mr Spinney}g. having become too low Brimstone Sulphuric Acid of 1.20 Sp.{Mr Spinney}g. may be added.

Keep the cells free from dirt and all foreign substances.

Keep the terminals clean, the connections tight, and the vent plug passage clear.

The terminals must not be allowed to come in contact with a metal surface.

Keep the battery in a dry cool place when not in use.

Kindly state if you approve of these notes. Any suggestions for alterations or additions will be appreciated.
