X.46 RE MARSTON RADIATORS. X.34S6

I do not agree that we should be put finish of Radiators. We also got our radiators black finished before the War without additional expense and it is pretty late in the day, after making cars all these years, to be told that they cannot finish these Radiators properly.

They were satisfactory before the War, and they ought to be able to make them satisfactory now. We do not want additional work and additional expense putting upon the Works' shoulders.

I am therefore of the opinion that they should finish these Radiators to our satisfaction without any further expense. We are already paying a very excessive cost, and they ought to be satisfactory to our inspection.
