Replying to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}13/E.26.4.35. Nothing was fitted to this car that was not mentioned in the specification, Ha/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}2/KW.2.4.35. Item (5) of this specification indicated some parts which Hancock took out with him to test. The spring shackles at the front have been reported on. With regard to the clutch, the special centre fitted was mentioned in item (5) of the engine; it was not a standard part. The solid clutch plate now fitted is a standard part. The thick leaf road springs are the lightened type mentioned in the specification. The standard road springs mentioned in the report of the 16th are the type on production.
