We do not think it necessary to give you full
details of further complaints, but are giving you below a
list of cars with which the same troubles have been experienced :-

B. 28 DG. Madame Sert.

B. 73 EJ. Benhaim.

B. 53 GP. Mr Daniel Saint.

In addition, we have received written complaints
from:-

B. 36 HK.{Col. T. Harker - Sales} M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Desurmont, who is now touring in America.

B. 47 EJ. M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Emery, who wrote to us from Marseilles, where he resides, asking for six new plugs, which were sent to him. He said in his letter he was having plug trouble.

As requested in your memo. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/WST25/AP.18.II.36 we are sending you two sets of K.L.G. plugs, type 850 recently removed from two 4 1/4 Bentley chassis. One set from B. 72 HK{Col. T. Harker - Sales} Madame Saint has only run 800 kms. The other set of six was removed from chassis B. 53 GP - Mr Daniel Saint, after running 10,361 kms.

We trust that this memo. will be quite clear to you.

After examination of the plugs we are sending back to you, by Air Mail, we should be very interested to learn your views on the cause of the troubles.

P.S.

We are also sending you a set of plugs from a 3 1/2 litre Bentley chassis, B. 28 DG - Madame Sert. Since fitting these plugs, 850 type, the car has run 7,400 kms.
