X8796 To Wd. {Mr Wood / Mr Whitehead} from EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 3/T9.5.25. X.14181. WATFORD MAGNETO. Herewith we hand to you a Watford magneto contact breaker, the lever of which has failed at the rubbing block end, apparently in ordinary running. Upon comparison of this duralumin lever with levers we are at present receiving, the latter seem to have a bigger section at the point where this particular one has fractured. Probably the makers will confirm this, in which case the failure is not serious. We would like to have the contact breaker repaired and if our observation is correct, it is probable that Messrs. North will be willing to correct this free of charge. EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} | ||
