X.4394 X.2565 In regard to the supplying and fitting of small fan pulleys on cars which have already been despatched, and on which it is arranged that the small fan pulley be fitted, we have so far supplied one or two in Switzerland as experimental jobs. We are now instructed by S. to fit a small fan pulley on the Duke of Alba's car No. 65.CW. and feel this is only one of others on which we shall have to do the same thing. We shall be glad therefore to know to what account this work shall be charged. Sales point out that in the case of the Duke of Alba's car it is required in order to overcome a definite complaint from the customer. EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}/Thn. | ||
