DERBY.

Dear Mr. Robotham,

Back in August of last year we had the pleasure of quoting you on your new Bentley Frame requirements, but not having heard from you further we are wondering whether this work is held up or whether our proposition was not attractive to you.

During 1938 we added three new customers to our Frame accounts and are naturally anxious to include yours among them.

I had a long talk with Olley yesterday during which we discussed various engineering matters including Frames, which brought to mind the fact that we went over this Frame proposition with you but have heard nothing about it since. I suppose with the pressure of aircraft work that your body programme is of secondary consideration. If this be true I am rather pleased as we are going to have a very full programme on new models this coming year, but are still looking forward to the time when we can work with you on a real set-up.

With kindest personal regards,

I am,

Yours sincerely,

HH Manning
