Please urge this through as quickly as possible, but only issue the drawings to the Experimental Department, instructing up three sets in the usual way.

We shall not order up the bulk of the order until we have a definite contract from the War Office in the first place, and secondly until Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} has satisfied himself that the design is perfectly satisfactory.
