Cox - Advertising Manager}5/KW.5.6.36. This matter is of considerable interest to us, as we have for some time past been wanting to get first-hand information of a car suffering from high oil consumption. In order to give us some data to work on, will you please keep a record of the oil consumption over the next three or four weeks' running, so that we can see whether it is getting better or worse. In the meantime we are preparing some special piston rings which we propose to fit if the trouble persists. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
