Referring to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.16/JH.8.7.37, I followed this matter up with EY. and he tells me that, if the Standardisation Sheet is put through quickly, i.e. within the next two or three weeks, there is no reason why we cannot have them on 'M' Series. It is important from the point of view of (1) I am told it saves £5 per chassis and (2) it would rid us of further expense in trying to deal with complaints of rattling shutters on the present standard, so please chase it through.
