Re 1694 Baron Korff.

The above chassis has been purchased by Baron Korff and will be used by him in Russia.

He requires the chassis fitted with the following:-

1. A set of 935x135 road wheels; complete with Vinet detachable rims.

2. A protecting cover is to be made to prevent any possible damage to the oil pump and the pipes leading from the sump to the base chamber.

3. An exhaust cut-out to be fitted.

4. "C" steering column, and springs suitable for 7-seated torpedo body are to be fitted.

It occurred to us that owing to the extensive alterations, it would be advisable to return the chassis to you so that you can have all the work carried out at the same time.

We have accordingly given instructions for the chassis to be sent to you.

The same will be forwarded to you by Goods train to.ni ght.

We enclose our official order to cover the work. Please write us by return stating when you hope to have the chassis back. We have to deliver the complete car to Baron Korff in six weeks from date.
