We are interested to see how the rubber joints are behaving on the SpectreCodename for Phantom III engine. We are apprehensive that when the car has been in service 5 or 6 years these rubber joints will cause trouble. We have one unit that has been fitted with rubber joints for some time, and that is J-III which is at present in the Aero dump. Will you please make a water test on this unit with hot water before stripping, and then strip the cylinder block and let us have a look at these joints. We do not want to scrap this unit as we are going to keep it for reference purposes. Ha/Rn.{Mr Robinson} | ||
