With reference to the telephone conversation I had today with Mr. Hardy, I wired you as follows:
CONFIRM TELEPHONE CONVERSATION REQUESTING YOU DESPATCH TWO MORE DH{D. Henderson - Showroom} KONSTANT SPEED UNIT QUILL DRIVES THROUGH SPECIAL LIAISON SERVICE.
and trust that Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} will be able to get these parts off immediately in the manner suggested.
Messrs. Dewoitine could not obtain the first consignment, due to Customs difficulties and the second had not arrived yet owing to the planes being detained by weather.
These parts are urgently needed.
